Subject to the conditions below, we will arrange for a replacement or refund of the item.

Refund Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations or physical flaws.

The product must include all original packaging and materials, including:

Tags

User manuals

Warranty cards

Freebies or accessories (if applicable)

You must register a complaint via email to eshop@jan-bd.com or through our website within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

The product must be returned to your nearest JAN Associates branch within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. The return must be made in person.

Additional Terms
Product availability is subject to stock. In certain circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable reasons.

Order Cancellation: JAN Associates Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, even after confirmation. If a payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
